About the Brand

As a veteran-owned coffee company, we pride ourselves on our mission to employ and support veterans in our community. From our roastery and warehouse in Chicago, IL we roast, package, and ship all of our orders by hand.

Your coffee consumption is a click away from changing lives. Veteran Roasters was founded in 2017 to help give struggling veterans a place to work and regain their lives. With every purchase of our coffee made by veterans, you help provide a job opportunity to an at-risk Veteran.  A weekly 1lb subscription of coffee provides a Veteran with a half day of wages and the opportunity to learn transferable skills in a supportive community.

ABOUT THE BEANS

When stored in a dark, airtight container at room temperature, Veteran Roasters coffee will stay fresh for up to 8 weeks. Whole beans will stay fresh for longer in an airtight container.

Our beans are sustainably sourced through our strong relationships with Papua New Guinea and Brazilian farms to ensure the best quality, taste, and experience for our loyal customers.

For The Best Brew:

Whole Bean

Grind only as much as you need for one pot of coffee. Or two, we’re not judging...

Brewing Espresso? Finely Ground. Drip? Medium. French Press? Coarse.

Pre-Ground

Our ratio is two level tablespoons per six ounces of filtered water. But hey, you’re the Commander now! Adjust to taste.
