Our Cup O’ Joe Roast is a well-balanced, medium roast with good body and chocolate notes.

The difference between coffee roasts: Medium roast coffee is a great middle ground for novice and veteran coffee drinkers alike. This roast is less acidic but still showcases our bean’s natural flavor profile.

About the Name: As a veteran-owned coffee business, it’s no surprise that our coffee has historical roots. On June 1st, 1914, then Secretary of the Navy, Josephus Daniels, issued General Order 99 prohibiting alcohol aboard any US Naval vessel. Out of spite, sailors forever referred to their caffeinated beverage as a “Cup O’ Joe.”

Love me some "Cup O' Joe Roast" coffee

I started out a year ago or so with the "Night Ops Dark Roast". It is good, but just to switch it up, I tried the "Cup O' Joe Roast". It's my "go to" now.

Amazing Coffee

I’ve been enjoying Cup O Joe for years now. A perfectly balanced cup. It’s great ground for the espresso machine to the French press to the drip brewer.

The freshest

Love the flavor of this coffee but the best part is how fresh the beans are. Roasting date is like 3 days before my delivery. Love what this company stands for as well.
