Pedro

Pedro is from Chicago, IL and honorably served 4 years in the Marine Corps.  He was stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC with 2 tours to Afghanistan. He has a supportive family who has always been there for him, giving him the motivation to never give up and to continue to shoot for success. He is thankful to God for this family, the one that was given to him and the one that he is growing now.  The brothers and sisters who served with him and are currently serving and who continue to give their all for this nation and it fuels his passion to help those that get lost in their transition. Pedro is blessed to have made mistakes, and failed, and still have found his was.  He is blessed with the opportunity to share with other warriors the trials and tribulations, and in sharing they can use his experience to know that they are not alone in strife and struggle. Pedro loves working at Veteran Roasters because he gets to work on all the good habits to acquire in order to gain peace and happiness.

Pedro has registered to run the Bank of America Chicago Marathon as a Mercy Home Hero here in my city. His goal is to go above the fundraising goal, click to help him out.  If you are in the Chicago area and you see him in the street beating feet, give Pedro a shout and go grab a his favorite Cup O' Joe or RnR Cold Brew!
